Fit for Purpose

Clients become immersed in what they do that they cannot see beyond their immediate horizons and what might be needed to implement change. This engagement is an assessment of how a business is equipped in order to meet its current state and immediate ambition. It will treat the systems, content, and people equally. We deliver a no holds barred report and set of recommendations on a client’s readiness and ability to execute.

The benefit to the client: Decipher strategic goals; then identify the courses of action the client will need to achieve those strategic objectives.


Assess Projects

With this engagement type clients typically have a failing project (or perceived to be underperforming), or suspect they have one and want a rapid assessment and potentially a rescue – either by better methodology and skills, or a complete new on-board, i.e. sack/ drop/ stop current and restart internally or entirely with BMG.

The benefit to the client: To evaluate whether project objectives were met, to determine how effectively the project was run, to learn lessons for the future, and to ensure that the organization gets the greatest possible benefit from the project.
